This is can be obtained by training, using an innovative learning model where the student is placed in the center, is listened to and is taught to love him/her self, to know that his/hers thoughts and emotions matter. Students learn to handle feelings and thoughts in a positive form and to manage and regulate them when things are not as we would like them to be. With BE+Live students exercise and reflect bringing great benefits to their emotional stability and self-esteem. They learn to handle breathing techniques that leads to proper oxygenation that helps them not only in concentration, focus, assimilation of concepts, retention, memory… but also through Mindfulness that may obtain a full state of well-being.
