HANDLING EMOTIONS
MINDFULNESS





Students learn to identify, handle and manage their feelings and emotions through learning logs, reading activities, audios, digital platforms, exercises, reflections and activities. Through our BE Mindful program we work with self-esteem, resilience and human values, achieving a wholistic balance and a sense of well-being… While the students learn all the strategies to make the best out of their situations in life, teachers also put it to practice and parents benefit from it as well when the students take the school teachings home, having the same impact in their families.
